Was feeling pretty nauseated today but found out it was because I didn't have enough to eat for breakfast so by the end of lunch I was feeling much better. I did pretty well the last couple of days food wise but my water intake is horrible... I'm only drinking about maybe at most 4 cups a day if that... I'm going to try to increase that to at least 6 and then work my way up to eventually 8 and maybe even more...

I've struggled with the water thing lately too. I've found having a whole bottle of water with each meal has helped (that would get you to your 6 cups) and then any time you're thirsty during the day would be extra. It helped me today, and it helped me in the past when I wasn't drinking enough.
