Really bad today. Came home from work with a migraine kicking in. Sometimes food helps relieve them. Cooked some yummo fresh cat fish and some frozen corn nuggets. The corn nuggets tasted soo good I made more. The veggie, fat, protein combo seems to be helping the headache. Don't like taking meds. Will be good tomorrow
