Did well with my eating this weekend, especially since I still only have internet access at work. Really need to find the time to get my laptop fixed! Oh well, at least I'm learning to watch my intake at home! :) I had a slight loss (-.2) over the weekend, but don't feel like showing it on the weight history. Hoping for something better to show! :) I didn't go to the gym this morning because I am going to a fitness class this evening--"Abs" is, according to the class description, "an intense 30 min abdominal workout! Need we say more?" lol Guess I'll be reintroducing myself to some muscles this evening! Looking forward to it! Hope everyone had a great weekend and has a productive week! <3
