I have been doing very well with my dieting except for the weekends in which I seems to lose track.
My gym habits have continues and I am going 6 days a week for about an hour and a half a day.
I just have to keep up with my eating right and continue to do Cardio.

Well done on your loss and keeping up with the gym! With weekends it can be very very difficult, you do have to have a life outside of your diet. All I can suggest is to try and keep food about you can eat and plan everything you can (again you have to have a life and it's not always possible to play) to the nth degree.
