over the past few months I have lost focus on my weight loss goals. I have not been food journaling and have not been excercising. Starting today I am re-committing myself to reach my weight goal of 135 pounds and plan on doing it before my 48th birthday- August 2nd 2013. I cannot continue to eat whatever I want, whenever I want it. I MUST have control and write down EVERYTHING that passes my lips. I am only poisoning myself by eating unhealthy carbs and sugars and I NEED to take control over myself from today moving forward.
