Long day again today at work, but came home and danced for half hour. had a stressful day and wound up eating a couple bite sized candy bars at work. I need to stop that and control myself. Instead of eating poison - I should put my coat on and take a walk around the building- clear my head and step away for a minute or 2.I am dedicate to reaching my goal weight! I WILL NOT FAIL!!!!

wii danced for 20 minutes Sunday and half hour yesterday. Worked 10 hours today- did not excercise, however, had very low calorie dinner. will dance tomorrow and Thursday. Friday will be another long day at work and will most likely not dance after I get home..we'll see.will check weight on Sunday.

over the past few months I have lost focus on my weight loss goals. I have not been food journaling and have not been excercising. Starting today I am re-committing myself to reach my weight goal of 135 pounds and plan on doing it before my 48th birthday- August 2nd 2013. I cannot continue to eat whatever I want, whenever I want it. I MUST have control and write down EVERYTHING that passes my lips. I am only poisoning myself by eating unhealthy carbs and sugars and I NEED to take control over myself from today moving forward.
