I started my weight watchers journey actually on 2/1/2013 and I started out weighing 241 pounds. I did my first weigh in last Sunday 2/3/13 and had lost 5.5 pounds! I don't necessarily contribute that to weight watchers though since I just started, I wasn't eating very much due to starting a new medication and was under a lot of stress during that time so I think in most part in was really because of that... But I am hoping that I will eventually have success and that my motivation to become healthier will prevail!
