I haven't been doing very well. I'm going out to eat way too often. It's so hard because that's my social network. I need friends who exercise! lol I did get my friend Kristen to go on a bike ride with me so that was good. I have been very active. Although I haven't been doing Power90, I have been doing yardwork, swimming and went on one bike ride. I need to improve, no doubt.
