OMG, I discovered the Weight Watcher strawberry smoothie bar today. It tastes just like strawberry icecream and it's only 1 pt! Yummy.

Phase 1 Wieght Loss
Phase 1 is the best phase because you work hard and the payoff is awesome. You should expect to lose 8-12 lbs in the 1st phase. Phase 2 is the hardest because the weight comes off so fast in phase 1 and doesn't move in Phase 2. If it moves, it's really slow and therefore it gets frustrating. If you add the exercise in Phase 2 you will feel the difference and you'll feel like there's no stopping you. Good luck!! Great job on the 5 lb weight loss in 4 days!!
