I weighed in yesterday 3 pounds heavier, idk what happened but magically overnight I lost those 3 pounds and passed my first goal of 5 pounds lost. I am now only 2 pounds away from hitting my 10 pound goal!
I think about my progress from last year, losing 50 pounds was huge and I worked so hard for it... I’m still kicking myself for losing myself and gaining it all back plus more in less than a year 😩 I really need to learn and work on eating in moderation- my food choices arnt bad, but I eat and eat and eat because I love food. I need to care, as long as I care the more conscious I’ll be.
