Managed to loose 2 lbs this week...must of been all the hiking I did this past weekend...Hopefully not tracking doesn't come and bite me in the butt in the new few weeks. My weight watchers leader says whether good or bad choices, they show up about 2 wks later...so hopefully with the hiking I have counter balenced those not so good choices...
