Been having to run around the last few days and haven't had time to put in my menu, but I have been staying within my calorie count and keeping up with sit ups and exercises...walking as well...and drinking water too...i think now i have gotten most of the running done...and can now resume my schedule...thankfully ^_^ still having severe spine issues and right knee issues as well..have neuro surgery consult on Tuesday next...o.0 wish me luck...peace n love and yay ravens world champs.. that's my boys!! ^_^
