I ate like I used to eat yesterday. I knew what I wanted and I ate chips and dip and had 1 and 1/2 hot dogs, and 1/2 of beer. What I think is so funny about this is that I used to think nothing of eating that crap. It wasn't an impulse. I knew I wanted to have a hot dog so the super bowl was the right time to go crazy. So, I am trying to focus more on things I can do and think before I get too far ahead and start backtracking. I am going to start yoga soon. I am also working out at least 4 days a week 5 if possible. I just have to figure out a few things before I commit to it. I also have to start planning out my dinners that is the hardest thing for me. I walked 6858 steps today.
