ok so today i started on phase 2. and i loved it! I had a fat free pudding, mint fudge! made my day. 1/2 whole wheat bagel with peanut butter for breakfast and tuna melt on whole wheat for dinner. ok so it was a lot of bread for 1 day but it was like my splurge after 3 weeks of being oh so good. If i can lose another 10 pouunds by valentines day i might MAYBE have a 1/2 a chocolate dipped strawberry blizzard from DQ. but thats only if i can lose another 10 pounds. so tomorrow its back on my strict dieting.
