Frustration!! I have no clue what I am doing wrong... it has been 4 days of calorie cutting, eating A LOT healthier and exercise and I havent lost a lb. I was losing more weight eating junk and not exercising! I have been staying around the 1500-1800 calorie mark and doing cardio and core training everyday. I dont know what to do next, what I am lacking. Any suggestions are welcome!

Did you start measuring yourself? I know from experience (which is what I'm going through right now - again) is there will be times when no weight is shedding, but inches are. You are most likely building muscle and losing inches and that's why you are not seeing the scale move. Believe me - some inches are places you can't measure like your wrists, fingers, etc...For myself - I have noticed it in my back - I don't think you are doing anything wrong - just keep plugging away and you will see the scale drop - the inches may need to come off first is all.
