I am doing very well with my eating and exercising. Big into Oatmeal right now and just tried chocolate oatmeal for my first time. Along with fruit and a protein shake, it is a great breakfast.
I have been going to the gym so far 2 weeks straight. I have been doing a mix of weight lifting and cardio. So far I am on my second week of Couch to 5K and I am doing well.
