I'm really nervous to weigh in this afternoon. I have not been doing very well on my dinners the past couple of nights. Wednesday night I had Digiorno pizza and then last night I had a lightly battered chicken sandwich at a comedy club with a few fries and potato chips. I have been doing well on breakfast, lunch and all my snacks. I just really hope I didn't go up too much. I know I didn't go down. I feel like such a goober for eating like I did. I have just a few more weeks to go until my weeks are up, then I have to pay for more, and thats what's really making me mad. Once I found out that I'll have to pay for more weeks, I was ready to get on the ball 100%, then I mess up. I thought that would be a good motivator, so I would do my best so I don't have to pay them more money....guess not. Oh and I'm going out to eat tonight too....go figure.

Hey, even when you follow the plan 100% sometimes you don't lose weight. I haven't cheated at all this week. I went up 0.2 lb yesterday from Monday. Granted, I usually lose all my weight over the weekend, somehow, but I didn't cheat at all. I did miss one fruit one day, but I don't know if that would do it. Try to stay on as close as you can until the end of your weeks, and kick up the exercise a bit and hope for the best. Thats what I'm going to do. Have a great weekend!

It's ok Brandi, I have tried for 19 months to reach my goal and I have fallen off the wagon WAY too many times but got back up and I feel great with 55 lbs gone. I saw friends last night that haven't seen my in awhile and were amazed. Just keep moving on, tomorrow is a new day to start over. We are going out to Olive Garden tonight too, I have saved ALL of my veggies, a starch, and a protein.

Life happens. What are we supposed to do? Not have a normal social life? Just take it one day at a time. This is not just a diet. In order to stay where we are at we need to change our lifestyles. I am reading lots about how skinny people eat. Also talk with many. It is tough for a lot of them too. Somehow they have learned self discipline better I think. I am still working on that. You are doing great. Please do not beat yourself up. :-)
