Having great workouts this week. Haven't missed a day and don't plan to until we go to Tennessee at the end of the month. Gotta get it in while I can. Feeling awesome. ❤️
205.8 lb Lost so far: 43.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
