I feel like I’m retaining water, it’s been hot out and I’ve been drinking a lot of water but I don’t think it’s coming back out lol... not going as frequently.. its weird. Anyone else experience this even though I’m not having a lot sodium..? Literally all I drink is black coffee, water, and tea.
