So today I’m starting a slightly different IF. This is just my thing to give a go. I’m trying 20:4 and trying to stay under 1000k for the day. It’s hot where I am and I’m usually not hungry if it’s more than 80’ and I also get puffy even with reduced salt intake. I have a dress that I’d like to wear by the end of the month and I’m enjoying the positive feedback from people so that’s my motivation. Plus, I’m feeling much better and have a bit more energy than I’m used to. I do need to buy low sodium v8 though.
