Not looking forward to weighing in again anytime soon. It's that time of the month and I'm going through my typical, hormone-induced dip in mood. I've been positively wolving things down to ease my anxiety, then feeling anxious about the damage I've done to my weight loss progress...see the potential for a vicious cycle here? *sigh* Am I alone in my food-crazed escapades that occur approximately every four weeks?!
