Good morning!
It's Monday, and today's a good day!
I woke up early as always, and hung out with Wife while we were getting ready. After she left, I watched the first disk of the Paul McKenna videos to start getting back into that groove.
I like the videos, they give me food for thought (the only food that REALLY is calorie free!) and it motivates like crazy.
After that, I practiced a while on my bass and then I went to the gym before work.
I'd say it's a morning well spent. :)
So, now I am at work, and doing great. I have no hunger, no need for foods, but I am of course looking forward to lunch time, which is in about 90 minutes. Still, I'm not in a hurry at all.
I have a few meetings throughout the day, and that's fine. I'm pretty well rested and in a great mood.
Last week I gave myself some time off from weighing in. The weighin-in I got on Saturday morning wasn't bad at all. I am perfectly okay with it.
I did, however, choose to wait weighing in again. I kinda liked the feeling, and I want to see if it will benefit me to NOT weigh in this close after my Indulgence Day.
Let's see what happens.
Today will have to be a short journal. I have stuff to do - I am at work after all. lol.
So, today I'm thankful for: - Starting on the McKenna series again. - Bass in the morning! - Hitting the gym! Yay! It's good to feel that I'm doing something!
