Tuesday through Friday went very well...The weekend brought some issues as I went on River Float and too a cookout afterwards on Saturday and to say the least I didn't do well. Sunday wasn't a bad day but Monday evening I had two pieces of extra cheese pizza..I didn't have the banana milk shake that my son made..so that was a good move
