180.6 this morning - yea!! Slow & Steady :-) A lot of eating out but staying to plan....those pesky hidden carbs will slow you down. Really tired this week trying to fight off a sinus infection. Looking for a low carb protein shake to have in the morning. Need to add some variety to the start of the day.
