Okay !! Okay !! Okay !! This past month I have been s l o w l y falling off the diet wagon !!! My weight doesn't show it, but how long will the scale keep forgiving me???? It started with not getting all of my fruits and veggies in then it progressed to not drinking water on the weekends!! What's that all about?!? Now, When I cheat I don't even count the points !!! I also noticed it coincides with me not journaling or checking in as often. So, from this day forward I accept that I make mistakes and take responsibility for my actions !!! I am staring over (again!) !! I vow to eat my veggies and fruit and consume my intake of water AND get back to a regular exersize routine AND check in with my buddies !! You guys and gals are obviously my rock !!! I NEED YOU !!! Here's to a better month!!!! Hope you are all having success !!! Will check in later to check up on journals etc .....

As long as you don't fall off the wagon, into a deep bottomless crevice, that's all that matters. I'm very familiar with the underside of the wagon, but it's there and it works and we're here to help you climb back up every time you fall off. mbhpro is right: you can do this. Look at that downward weight history. You ARE doing it.

Your positive attitude is great, I think starting over is the right idea instead of beating yourself up about past mistakes - we all have relapses, after all! Keep up the good work!
