Went to see my midwife yesterday. we went over my glucose numbers. she suggested I add a bedtime snack of pure protein to help get my fasting number under control. after incorporating that last night my fasting number this morning was 85! yippee! whether it was coincidental or not Im happy! I think I can avoid going to see a maternal fetal specialist and remain in the birth centers care! I'm going to make sure I up my protein throughout the day too and aim for 120 grams a day. happy 32 weeks to Baby Legend today!
