So last week of no carbs I only lost 1 pound. But I didn't think I exercised enough either. I'm wondering if my body hit a "plateau" and it's too used to loosing weight. I think I need to be exercising twice a day if I want to kick my body and tell it to do the right things. I'm pretty demotivated and down about the 1 pound, but I know I just have to stick to it because I will make my weight loss happen.

As you get closer to goal, the weight loss usually drops off to a pound a week. It is very normal. I am lucky to lose 2 pounds a month, so if I lose a pound I jump up and down with happiness. Any loss is a good thing. Be proud! You may not be losing as fast as you would like, but you are losing. Stick with it and you will be there before you know it.

Suzi161 is so right...just keep reminding yourself that you are losing and that is what matters! You are doing great and are so close to your goal..hang in there! You can do it!
