Currently working OT and thinking about how I’m going to diet these next couple days and I think some IF is in order. Today is a full day of fasting with just liquids such as black coffee, water, and boillion if my stomach is feeling unsettled. Tomorrow is low carb, large salad with lots of veggies and smoothie possibly. I’ll have some protein such as tuna or chicken. Then following day same thing but might up the carbs. Ugh... if I want to lose this weight soon I have to think ahead which is not fun but necessary. I don’t mind fasting today though, I ate more than I should of yesterday and am not feeling hungry currently. My stomach feels bothered if anything. I don’t think the peanut m&ms, slice of pizza, and wings I had as a “treat” yesterday agreed with me. I knew I would regret it when I went ahead and had it even though I had a healthy dinner which consisted of spinach salad with lots of veggies, Turkey, and some cheese. Oh well, need to make up for it now.
