Well, i was getting very discouraged because i had not lost any weight for the past 3 days! No matter how much a I exercised or how well i ate, the scale did not move. I tried to implement one of my GOALS from the challenge i am part of and not let the scale determine my attitude. IT WORKED!!!!!! I got on the scale this morning and it was down 2 WHOLE POUNDS!!!!!!!!!! I am so exited and re-motivated to lose more! I have posted my goals where i can see them everyday and am going to stick to them as close as possible!

Well, good for you for not letting the scale determine your attiude. People put way too much importance on the number, instead of how they look and feel. People should never expect to see a drop every single day. Our bodies are made up of mostly water and will go up and down hourly. But great job on the 2 pounds.
