Yesterday was a difficult day for me. A friend invited me over for dinner and she'd made chicken, fries & coleslaw! I thought I'd die but I managed to stick to my plan. All I had was a chicken quarter, half a cup if rice & a bit of minced beef. I didn't want ruin my progress by sliding back! I'm so proud of myself!!!
Day 5 today and still going!! I won't give up! :)
