ok checking in, things are (as usual) up/down & all around, but taking it one day, sometimes one moment at a time. Again, I need to keep the 'eye on the prize' and try to keep seeing the 'light at the end of the tunnel'. My weight has been again the usual up/down & all around but at least it is not over my 5# range, just want to get it DOWN and then play around with the 5# range....oh well, I suppose things will work out eventually.
