Had breakfast with a friend and went way overboard! Hope I can show some self discipline for the rest of the day. Didn't exercise last night. Want to do 2 miles tonight. No reason not to. Come on, let's on track to that 130.

If you have to overeat, better to do it at breakfast. You have all day to burn it off. Just watch your portions the rest of the day. Plenty of fruit and veggies and protein.
