Started out the day with a healthy mini breakfast: banana, slice of homemade ww bread toasted with Smart Balance spread and homemade strawberry jam. Coffee of course, total for breakfast 400 calories, right on track. Probably will have a couple of scrambled eggs and sliced tomatoes later on this morning but it's not even 7 am here yet.
