I did really well this last week! My personal goals where to exercise 5 days a week for an hour and to cut out the gluten. I did all my exercise, plus some extra on one day, and I managed to curb my cravings for the wheat. I did have a lot of ice cream and gluten free cupcakes- it was my baby's first birthday this week and I got the stuff for the party and their was a lot left over. The goals this week or to continue with last weeks goals, plus to eliminate corn. ( Many people with gluten issues also have an intolerance to corn) I also joined the Keep it simple challenge. Week one isnt over yet, but so far I have kept of journal of all my food, and the exercise goals are more than met when I meet my personal goals. I do need to drink more plain water- I drink mostly unsweetened ice tea right now.
