Early day For Work So Will Not be able to exercise but will walk more so i guess we will consider that the exercise. Still Sticking With It . Can someone tell me how to get all this salt out of my diet. eating foods to loose weight and don't add salt but the food has so much salt in it. i thought wheat bread was good for you but has to much salt.
