Cheated on the weekend. IPA's are soooo good on hot summer days. Unfortunately they are also high in calories. Please, no recommendations for Light Beers. I'm not a fan. I love flavor.
Now to get back on track. Need to get to 250 and below to get my wife to buy me $250.00 in fishing gear.

In 2014, when I drank, IPAs were my dieting kryptonite. I would and did drink anything alcoholic but my favorite was a craft called Jai Alai (10%).
What worked for me was when I KNEW I was going to drink an IPA (or 4) I put it in my journal to start my day. Then I used the remaining calories to plan out my meals, etc. Sacrifices were made but I got to enjoy my craft beer and lose weight at the same time.
Good luck to you and hope you get your gear very soon.
