Well is was a difficult end to 2012. My BIL passed away on Christmas day after a nasty fight with cancer. It is now mid January and time to get focused again for 2013. Time for a Shakeology Challenge group I believe!

I'm sorry for your loss, that's tough. I just had to put my mom and my aunt in a nursing home, it breaks my heart but there was no choice. I admire your drive to carry on and be focused.
