I am 52 and a mother of 6 grown children. My husband and workout partner are currently working out Focus T25. I am working on being a healthier me!

I have had some medical issues which had me gain quite a bit of weight but finally with the doing the Ultimate Reset and using Shakeology the weight is coming off which I am thrilled about! So far total I am down over 30 pounds and still have another 25-30 to go.

I became a coach to help others who are looking for support and to become healthy also. Together we can do this!

P90X2
Day three of the P90X2 which was Plyocide! Oh my what a work out! A lot of pausing and modifing but doable. I also had my first weighin and am happy to say I lost 3 pounds this week! Smile
