Kelli, Stef, Amanda, Anyone......Looking for some help/insite. It seems I am struggling with sweet cravings. I'm not sure why they are starting now. Could it be that before, I was eating the Atkins bars and Shakes that they were helping curb that craving? The cravings have only started since I stopped eating/drinking them. Any suggestions?

Are you consuming sugar substitutes (diet sodas, SF foods, splenda or another sugar sub)? These can cause sweet cravings. I recently discovered those splenda french vanilla coffee packets and I swear whenever I use them I will get major cravings later in the day. If you can, whenever you get these cravings, try eating the opposite (pickel, olives, or anything salty).
