Hey Heather - I am just about ready to stop cutting. Nice feeling. Unfortunately, my health isn't cooperating. Lingering cough and shortness of breath from the flu, which makes working out hard. And my shoulder is just not cooperating - doing anything that involves lifting with the chest makes the shoulder start grinding and crunching, like I'm cracking 10 knuckles...but inside my shoulder. It's clearly not right, but my doctor is telling me to just "push through it." I'm a little skeptical about this advice...
Hope your own health isn't giving you as much trouble, although it sounds like you've got some struggles of your own going on too?
