188.8 @ 17.4 Another Day Another WIN!
So Today my Jani found a Local show 5/12/132 @ Lake Brantley, Altamonte Springs, we Decided that it can be a good Test Drive for the Superbody 16 weeks and 4 days away, funny she asked me if I wanted to go and I thought she meant to WATCH!!! LOL!!!
It's 116 days and 19 6 day splits, the math adds up and the completion looks good... Really Good - its another division and organization... All Natural. It would then give me 7 more weeks to the superbody...
OK Lets DO IT!! Shake off the RUST and work out kinks and in its own way will serve as a platform to rocket off of...
The POWER of DECISIONS is incredible - to think a week ago I was pounding down PIZZA and CHIPS and a week later I have 2 Bodybuilding Shows coming up!!! AWESOME!
