Started back watching my food on 11/15/12 (176lbs). Did really well over Thanksgiving...then not the best over Christmas. But have gone from 176 to 161.8 - so overall feeling pretty good about it.
Added exercise last week on 01/07/13 - just need to stick with it. Have a work buddy who has joined me for workouts so far. So I feel I need to stick with it to help her stay inspired...and she in turn has helped to keep me in line.
Have discovered Honest Zero Organic Lemonade. Zero calorie lemonade made with stevia. I add half the 16.9oz bottle to a 60oz jug...then fill the rest with water. I drink one jug in the morning and the other jug in the afternoon. This has made getting my water so easy because I crave the stuff!! Yippy!!
