Well, it's been about 6 months and I'm back on the site. Of course, I did not keep up with the Fat Flush plan or any sensible eating plan during these long cold winter months, but Spring is here and I am ready to begin again. My goal for the week is to have healthy fruit filled smoothies for breakfast and lunch and eat a veggie and protein meal at dinner. Also, to get to the gym at least 3x's this week. I didn't even remember that I had gotten down to the 260's in December until I saw it here today. Proof that I can do this. . . I think the thing for me to do is take it 1 day at a time and make my goals for 1 week at a time. I know God wants me healthy and I have to have to do my part to get there.
