. . . managed to make the gym a few times and ate heavy only in p.m.. . .and lost 3.5 lbs. . . new goal to get to the gym at least 2x's this week ( it's already Tuesday) also to get up early one a.m. to try out the fitness flyer as an a.m. exercise.
