After recently giving birth to my beautiful son, I am now ready to start working to get myself back down to my pre pregnancy weight. Unfortunately, I love to eat so much that dieting is killing me! I also manage at a fast food restaurant and with my crazy hours and busy nights it is near impossible to eat healthy. So, here I go, giving it my all and hoping I will, one day, be my old self again. o.O

If you want something bad enough, you will find a way, If not, you will find an excuse. If you don't have any healthy choices at your restaurant, bring your own food. Most places have salads. A burger and side salad with low cal dressing. It's all about planning (especially when you have a little one). During the day while the baby is sleeping, put on an exercise video a few times a week. You can do this!
