191.2 @13.8 at 11:04PM WOW! What a Deplete Day! Made it thru no real Energy Drops - Mainly b/c, Soreness was an energy sapper but overall good... Probably bc I was busy shopping for Blue Rays and I phones all day in btwn 3 Workouts and Meals - it was like buying a car!

Going to hit the hey... watching Green Lantern on BlueRay
