Well, it has been a while since I have been on here and in the time I've been gone I have broken my ankle and am at the tail end of my recovery process. Just finally getting back into playing volleyball 3-4 times a week and working out consistently. My weight has gone up a bit, but not as much as I thought it would primarily because I lost some muscle mass due to my injury but I also was smarter with my food. I am ready to get back on this!!
