WOW! I am SO FULL and DONE with Carb loading! Imagine a Diet where you feel forced to eat! That was definitely my last meal and I am skipping my 6th meal today, and that's because a) I am at my Caloric Target 2800 for the day b) I got there by eating 2 Servings of nuts this am... Here's a funny; Baking Soda, Mixed Nuts, a Whole Beet and 100 g of Green beans blended to for Electrolytes I am pretty sure no one on the planet has done that - For the Calcium, Magnesium and Potassium values... I did power me thru my workout and YES!! I did replenish my Electrolytes supplements today!
