Sunday, nice chicken and bacon salad for lunch and just the chicken and bacon mix for dinner.
Atkins bar as a snack, loads of water all feeling good. Taken some measurements today so looking for success!
Weight on Saturday confirmed my guess so let's kick the back end out of it
