I consider any loss a success! Looks like you're just beginning and it takes everyone a bit of time to get our foods adjusted properly. Go back to logging all your foods....every day, every meal. It's critical in these early stages so you can see exactly what's going on and what you did, or need to, adjust. Review the basics of Induction, so you're getting all those foundation veggies, water, and proper fats. For now......ditch the Atkins bars. The sugar alcohols in them are known stallers for some individuals who are sensitive to the SAs. You can always test the bars' effects on you in a couple weeks, once you're progressing nicely in the program. Remember that "less" is not better on Atkins.....don't skimp on the recommended veggies, water, and foods thinking that you'll lose faster. Generally, that's not true. Hang in there....the program, as written, really does work. Good luck!

Yes, every loss takes you closer to goal. You will have weeks of doing everything right and gaining and weeks of overeating and losing. Some weeks we stay the same. It's part of the journey. Be proud of every single pound, half pound, etc.
